If your arrival is after hours, remaining payment due on late arrivals will be paid prior to late arrival packages being left out. NO REFUNDS for housekeeping issues if it is reported after your stay. If you have an issue, please report it immediately after check-in. We advise guests coming between December 1 and March 31to come prepared with 4 wheel drive and/or chains. NO TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER. I, the undersigned, certify that I am 21 years of age or older and fully understand that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I also understand that the property rented will be returned to its original state with the exception of basic housekeeping required upon my departure. All furnishings will be left as were at check in. I accept full responsibility for additional guests, damages & extra cleaning charges incurred, or missing items during my occupancy, or those discovered after departure from the above rental. Further, I understand these charges will be debited to my credit card. Guest can obtain their own firewood with different vendors in the area. Diamond Mountain Rentals does not provide firewood to units with wood burning fireplaces. Extra charges will be incurred for any damages, missing items or excessive cleaning. |
