Hiking

It is easy to see why The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is the most visited national park in the country once you experience the views it boasts! As a result, of course taking a scenic hike is near the top of our list! While your cabin in Gatlinburg will display these spectacular views on its own, there is nothing more rewarding than experiencing these views of the snowcapped mountains after completing a hike!

Ripley’s Aquarium

Take a journey underwater and enjoy this wonderful indoor attraction this winter. Ripley’s Aquarium is a place the entire family will enjoy! From an array of fish to sharks to penguins, there is always something new and exciting happening at this impressive aquarium! 

Ober Gatlinburg

Even if skiing and snowboarding isn’t your thing, there is plenty to do on top of the mountain at Ober Gatlinburg! Ride the Aerial Tramway up the mountain and hit the slopes, show off your skills on the rink, browse the Shops at Ober or have dinner with a view at Seasons. 

Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster

This thrilling coaster puts you in the driver’s seat! This is one of Gatlinburg’s newest and most exciting attractions that is open year round!

Shop the Village Shops

With 27 different shops, restaurants and galleries, while nestled right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, a shopping stop at the Village Shops are a must during your stay! Browse their unique selection and enjoy the European style atmosphere while still deep in the mountains of East Tennessee.
