  Perfect Location! We parked our car behind the building and walked up and down parkway every day! It was ideal since traffic/parking is terrible on the parkway. Cute studio has all the amenities needed for us! Thank You

  This property was great! It was close to everything and We were able to walk everywhere. Very clean! The only issue we had was there was no water pressure for the shower. Overall it was a great place and we will definitely stay there again!!

  Very nice apartment clean little noisy but when you come back the attraction tired I don't hear nothing 😂 for me only thing has to think to take care is the mattress and don't know is the box spring and 2 chair outside for people was good and comfortable is the same you see in the pictures parking in the back it has a brewery rest very close to the apartment and is the only one close at 1 am has good food wood oven pizza I don't need the use the car for going to any attraction only ober is long walk but for me I enjoy the walk and stop at any place because is $20 for parking at any place only ober has one at $10 dollar and has couple discounts for attraction like 2 for one is good deal

  This property was great for a couple looking to explore downtown Gatlinburg literally just steps away. Also close to pigeon forge and cades cove. We enjoyed our stay here, the only thing we could complain about was the dump truck picking up trash at 2-3am but other than that it was an excellent trip! I would recommend!

  We had a last-minute change of plans, and needed a place in or around Gatlinburg for one night. This studio room was available. The location is GREAT!! Right near Light #3 in Gatlinburg. The room - although a studio - was fairly spacious. We didn't feel cramped at all. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, also. The room was clean and cool. There is an issue with noise, if you're sensitive to it. The road noise didn't bother us too much, but the garbage truck picking up the dumpster RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW - where the head of the bed is located - was a bit loud at 5:00 am. The only other thing to be aware of is that access to the room is up a set of metal stairs. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Overall, I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting a comfortable place to stay near the downtown Gatlinburg area.

  The physical location of this basic one room studio was very convenient to downtown. However, it sits on a very busy street. If you don’t mind the continuous road noise, it’s a great value compared to the hotel prices. The communications were very good with the property manager/maintenance.
