First Independence Parade in the Nation

As the clock strikes midnight, the parade will begin! Honor our armed forces with a celebration that has become a tradition in Gatlinburg. This will be the 41st year the parade has taken place. Line up on the streets downtown for an unforgettable evening! The parade will feature floats, music, balloons and marching bands to celebrate the holiday! Get there early, you’ll want a good spot!

Fourth of July Fireworks

Gather round for a magnificent fireworks display! What is the fourth of July without an amazing fireworks show? Head to downtown Gatlinburg for the “Fireworks Finale”, rated as a top 20 destination event by the Southeast Tourism Society. The best viewing areas are traffic lights #3 and #5. Arrive early! The event starts at 10pm on July 4th. Be sure to wear your red, white and blue!
