We decided at the last minute to take a family vacation to the Smoky Mountains. I looked at hotels and then came across this vrbo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for just a little more a night than a hotel room. It was exactly as listed and was in a great location away from the crowds but very close to the Gatlinburg strip. We didn’t actually deal directly with management because we booked online and arrived after hours and left before opening hours. However, we were able to get into our room easily and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with this last minute booking and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed several times at the condo. Always clean. Equipped kitchen. Very good location- away from the crowd downtown but close enough to the park for easy access. Will stay agin if in Gatlinburg

Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved our stay! We always come to Gatlinburg for New Years and we will book this condo again! The kitchen is amazing and the breakfast nook it the perfect place to watch the ball drop on New Years Eve and see all the fireworks. The beds are comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy and the staff was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Nice balcony with sound of creek . Should briing your own dishtowel and dishcloth since only 1 of.ea Loved the sound of the creek below. Was disappointed that they only had 1 dishcloth and 1 dishtowel for entire stay. Having cooked in condo really missed having at least 2. Every other place I've ever stayed in had several. Cute breakfast nook and very nice balcony.
