    The unit was clean and close to the strip. You have a reserved parking spot. Comfortable bed, lots of towels. We did not really use the kitchen, but seemed to have plenty of items if you planned on cooking. We had great communication with the company.

    Second year in a row staying here. Place has everything you need and is a great location to the strip, but isn't busy with neighbors. We were almost completely alone both stays and hardly saw anyone else on our balcony.. Great place to stay and will definitely be back

    Highly recommend, location is perfect for walking distance to not have to worry about driving and parking. Location is close to everything but a quiet stay. Check in and out was easy and stressless. Great water pressure in the shower!

    Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It even included extra towels. A lot of places only give you 2/3, but there were several. I’m a light sleeper and I was afraid the noise from the street would keep me up, but I didn’t hear anything at night. Also, the room is right off the strip. We didn’t need our car all weekend. I will say that the room is up on a hill a little bit, so be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. We will definitely stay here again!

    Excellent place to stay with fantastic hosts. We go to Gatlinburg 1-2 times a year and this visit was to see our daughters march in the Christmas parade, so we wanted to be on the parade route without being right on the main drag downtown. This was a GREAT location - walkable to everything including restaurants, things to do, shopping, etc. Since there are only a couple of units in the building it feels private with a nice balcony with chairs to relax and hang out. Hosts were flexible to let us get in a little early to avoid all the traffic and street shutdowns before the parade which was very much appreciated. We walked into the unit and were greeted by lights on, TVs with a nice screen saver to add a little background lighting, Christmas decorations including a tree and Christmas music lightly playing in the background - best entrance to an airbnb we've had! Interior was very clean and had everything we needed as well. ZERO complaints - both the unit AND the hosts were top notch!

    We had a great day with DMR. The location was perfect and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere since traffic is crazy! We also really appreciated the free passes to all of the fun stuff!

    Cozy and comfortable stay. The Christmas tree made it feel like home. The free fun pass helped me see Pigeon Forge giving me a great experience. Xplorie was great booking events. I will definitely use this rental property again. Thank you!

    Great Location and Views. This location is great it is close enough to get to the downtown Gatlinburg strip but far enough away to have a good night's sleep. The condo is small and ideal for a couple, but I would not recommend for any more than 2 people. The couch is a love seat and is not really big enough to sleep on, there is a recliner if you are able to sleep and relax on that. The kitchen area is great perfect for making a quick meal and dining in. The bedroom is just big enough too. The ROKU TVs in the living room and bedroom are a bonus. The shower if you are tall is a little tough to get use too as the shower head is pretty low, again not a major issue. This location is kind of on a main road so there is some traffic noise but not a deal breaker. There is a flight of stairs you need to go up for access so keep that in mind if you have any handicapped people staying with you. For the price, the location and size this was a great stay!! Thanks.
