Our condo features a 2 bd/2 bath floor plan complete with fireplace & jacuzzi tub! Enjoy the rushing river sounds as you relax by the pool, dine on the patio, and drift off to sleep in the master bedroom’s King-sized, memory-foam bed. Have a night out downtown, or prepare a family meal in our kitchen, featuring new Whirlpool appliances and granite counter tops. Want the perfect mix of location, comfort, & fun? Along the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail exit, you have full access to our 2-story condo w/ balcony, jacuzzi, fireplace, & seasonal pool.

Seasonal 8’ pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Sept 1st. Hours are 10am-10pm. Bring a cooler down and enjoy! If you have glass bottles, we just ask that you bring a cup to pour it in. Broken glass will shut down the pool deck and pool for an extended period of time for cleaning.

There is also on-site laundry room (turn right out of the condo, down the stairs, you’ll pass one staircase by the mailboxes and the laundry is at the base of the following set of stairs). The code is 69478, and we ask that you please lock it in between use.

When using the jacuzzi tub, run the bath on full hot for 15 minutes and then shut off. The tank will take approximately 20 mins to refill, at which time you can get in and have a full tank of hot water for your comfort level.
